What Is FRC Team 247

Beyond having fun, the leaders of Team 247 want students to come away from their robotics experience with tangible benefits and skills they can use in their lives beyond high school. The founders of Team 247 created a mission statement - which is kept up by the Marketing subteam - to inspire students for years to come:

The objective of Da Bears Team 247 is to inspire students to achieve their full personal potential; to assist students in developing as problem solvers, critical thinkers, and involved citizens; and to help students become aware of career pathways and educational outcomes through an engineering based curriculum.
